Effective October 5, 2026
Snappy Lube wants everyone to be able to find a location, check hours, and get directions on this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.
Our Standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These are the widely used guidelines for making websites usable by people with disabilities.
What We’ve Done
- Every page can be used with a keyboard, and the current focus is always visible.
- Text and buttons meet contrast guidelines, and pages still work when text is enlarged.
- Images have text descriptions, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Each location’s address, phone number, and hours are listed as plain text, not only on a map.
- Animations stop if your device is set to reduce motion, and a Pause Animations link in the footer stops them anywhere.
Known Limitations
Maps on location pages come from Google and may not work well with every screen reader. Every location page also lists the address as text with a directions link, so you don’t need the map.
Tell Us About a Problem
If something on this site is hard to use, please let us know and we’ll work to fix it. Call any Snappy Lube location. Each location’s phone number is on its page, and every location is linked at the bottom of every page of this site. Please tell us the page and what happened.
If you’re deaf or hard of hearing, you can reach any location through Relay NC by dialing 711.
